1. Acceptance of Terms
   • Your purchase or use of any product on this website constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will apply to future orders.
2. Product Availability
   • All products listed are subject to availability. WinRailway is not obliged to fulfill orders if items are out of stock. We will notify you via email or phone if an item is unavailable, and no compensation will be provided for unfulfilled orders.
3. Pricing and Payment
   • The base currency are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via accepted methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). Partial payments or deposits are accepted only as specified below.
4. Deposit Policy
   • Deposits are accepted for pre-order or special-order items. By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and accept that:
     • Deposits are non-refundable unless the product becomes unavailable for order, at which point WinRailway reserves the final right to return the deposit at our discretion.
     • The expected delivery date provided by the manufacturer is a reference only and not a binding guideline. Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or deposit refund.
     • Customers are responsible for any additional balance due upon product arrival.
5. No Return Policy
   • Due to the specialized nature of model train products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective upon receipt. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approval for return is at Winrailway’s sole discretion, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee.
6. Delivery
   • Delivery times and methods are outlined on our Delivery Time & Shipping Method page. WinRailway is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.
7. Liability
   • WinRailway is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are advised to handle model trains with care and follow included instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
   • All content, images, and product designs on winrailway.com are the property of Winrailway or its suppliers. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
