Experience the thrill of model train operation with the Roco 72014 Diesel Locomotive 265 “Sik”. This miniature masterpiece, inspired by the Dutch State Railways, captures the essence of diesel power on the rails. With its unique yellow/grey livery, this model brings the charm and functionality of the original locomotive to life.
Fifteen of these locomotives were delivered with mobile cranes. After the original green livery, the NS later applied the yellow-grey colour scheme. The diligent working horses made unremitting efforts when operating throughout the Netherlands. In the second half of the 1990s, stricter safety regulations led to the still remaining locomotives’ decommission. Many of them are preserved or still in operation at museum railways and some private railway companies
