Shipping Methods

We offer reliable shipping via DHL Express, FedEx, S.F. Express, and Hong Kong Post for local and international orders. Customers can select their preferred method at checkout based on availability.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over HKD 1000 or as specified by us; otherwise, a flat rate of HKD 40 applies.

International: Freight costs are calculated at 10% of the order value in HKD or as specified by us, quoted at checkout or communicated to the customer prior to final payment, with a minimum charge of HKD 180.

Delivery Times

Hong Kong: 3 business days.

Asia-Pacific: 7 business days.

Europe, North America, and other regions: 14 business days.

Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances, and we’ll notify you via email.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information, sent via email once dispatched.

Customs and Duties

International or China customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. We’ll provide necessary documentation to assist with customs clearance.
