Description
Prototype: Class 19.0 “Sachsenstolz” express steam locomotive (Saxon Class XX HV), with Saxon 2´2 T31 coal tender. German State Railway of the GDR (DR/DDR). With large smoke deflectors. Locomotive road number 19 016. Operating condition Era IIIa, early 1950s.
Model: With digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with flywheel in the boiler. 4 axles driven. Traction tires. Locomotive and tender largely made of metal. Standard built-in smoke unit with speed-dependent, dynamic smoke emission. Directional two-light headlights, conventionally operational, digitally switchable. Cab lighting and firebox flicker each separately digitally switchable. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. With energy storage. Swiveling cab doors and imitation curtains between cab and tender. Close coupling with kinematics between locomotive and tender. Kinematically guided close coupling with NEM coupler pocket on the tender. Buffer height on locomotive and tender according to NEM. Minimum radius for operation R2 437.5 mm. Piston rod protection tubes and brake hoses included. Length over buffers 26.0 cm. Note: Factory specified for minimum radius R 2 (437.5 mm); operation at R 1 (approx. 360 mm) is possible with careful/reduced driving.
